Jessica is a former account director for Mac's List and Prichard Communications. While at Mac’s List, Jessica developed brand-defining projects, including a brand overhaul, a new website, blog, resource library, e-book, regular event programming, and consulting for recruiters.Jessica is a talented communications and development executive with over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, sales, fundraising, leadership, management, strategy, and more. She is a tech-savvy, resourceful leader with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset. She is passionate about growing great brands that make a difference.After her time at Mac’s List, Jessica worked as the CEO and Founder of On the Rise Solutions. She was a consultant, speaker, trainer, and event organizer for women in business, promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion for women, LGBTQA+, women of color, male allies, and their employers. Jessica organized the On The Rise Summit, an annual multi-day conference for over 250 women in business (4 years running).Jessica was also an adjunct professor of marketing, leadership, and business courses for MBA candidates in the Pamplin School of Business at the University of Portland. She volunteered on the TEDxMtHood Planning Committee and as a board member for the Wayfinding Academy.In her spare time, Jessica can be caught hiking, traveling, or practicing yoga.
