Meet the team behind Mac’s List.

Mac Prichard

Mac Prichard

Mac Prichard is the founder and publisher of Mac’s List, a regional job board that helps people find jobs that matter.

Mac’s List serves job seekers and employers with its top-tier job board as well as courses, books, and other resources. Mac’s List was founded in 2001 and became a Certified B Corporation in 2017.

Mac is also the author of Land Your Dream Job Anywhere and Land Your Dream Job in Portland and the host of the top Apple ranked career advice podcast Find Your Dream Job.

From 2007 to 2023, Mac owned and operated Prichard Communications, a social change public relations agency that worked with philanthropies, nonprofits and public agencies across the country. Previously, Mac was a communications director in Oregon, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC.

Mac has a master’s in public administration from Harvard University and a bachelor’s in political science from the University of Iowa.

Susan Thornton-Hough

Susan Thornton-Hough

Susan Thornton-Hough is the podcast production manager and customer support specialist with Mac’s List. She coordinates everything from episode scheduling to post-production. Beyond podcasting, Susan brings over 15 years of experience in customer support. At Mac’s List, she provides personalized support helping users get the most out of their experience. Susan ensures that every interaction leaves customers feeling supported and valued.

Ronni brings decades of journalism and communications experience to the team, and when she’s not working, she’s trail running, backpacking, skiing, hiking and enjoying all the outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer, or spending time with her two young adult children.

Nikki Bippes

Nikki Bippes is the accounting specialist for Mac’s List. She has more than seven years of bookkeeping experience and a knack for making a spreadsheet look beautiful. When she tears herself away from the details of business, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, playing volleyball, cooking for friends and family and watching her kids play sports. As a true Oregonian, she enjoys wine tasting and finding new hikes around our great state.
